If you wish to make a change to your purchase, please write to us as soon as possible before the item is dispatched, as once the package has been dispatched it is no longer possible to change or refund your order.

Items in the “sale” section or with a red “on sale” ribbon are ineligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. The sale of these items is final.

We make every effort to ensure that every item sold on our site is of the highest possible quality and to your complete satisfaction. However, if you wish to make a return, you have 14 days to contact us. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Only if the item is defective may you be entitled to a refund. Items with no manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange only. The item must be returned undamaged and unworn, with tags and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. You can also return the item in person to the boutique. The returned item can be exchanged for a store credit in the form of a gift card. There is no deadline for using your credit. The Diabolik team reserves the right to decide whether an item can be exchanged depending on the condition in which it is returned to us.

Our packages are mailed Monday through Thursday and processing time is 1 to 7 days depending on the time of the week we receive your order. Delivery times vary according to your region and are usually 3 to 7 business days, but postal delays are beyond our control. If you need your parcel sooner, please contact us privately to discuss the possibilities.

PRODUCTION TIME: Some of the items shown on our site are ordered on request and are not in stock. Please allow for additional lead times. You will be informed by e-mail. Local items may take up to two weeks to produce. By confirming your purchase, you accept the conditions and possible delays. We deal with Chitchat and Canada Post. We are not responsible for address errors or if you have your order delivered to a P.O. Box. We ask you to provide us with your entry code to avoid theft. We are not responsible for packages returned to us in your absence.
